Saver ~ Control your Expenses App Reviews

Thought this was a stepup from the homebudget app I was/am using. I shouldnt have bothered with this. Its a shadow of what my current app offers. Boo!

I used this for 3 months, then switched to another finance app, and am back. Im fickle with apps. This is the first time Ive switched from a finance app, and then gone back to it. Ive used lots of excellent finance apps - back in black, squirrel, money, etc. - but Ive switched back, and I love it. To the reviewer complaining about entering income… read the description… this app is all about tracking expenses, and does a beautiful job of it. Update: I still think this app is the best finance app, months later again. Felt I needed to update my review to counter all those low star reviews from users who didnt read the description and expected a different app.

The application is fine but will appreciate if it can sync between devices like iPhone and IPad, its doubled the work to redo the same on each device.

Just what I have been looking for in a money tracking app.

Dead simple to use, great UI. As stated by some users, I wish there was a sync process between devices (iPhone and iPad in my case).

Good application, but I think there should be a feature allowing "extra income" to be added to your montlhy budget, if for example you have work related expenses later reimbursed, or something like that. Very easy to use and convenient.

Would be amazing if I could also track income in the app as well as spending! Please!!!

Iveral its a good app. Good looking, simple and efficient. But some add can be appreciate. For exemple, why not pit an option for recurent paiement (car, house, etc.)? That can be a cery nice add with all Denpis idea... And I give easylely a 5

Not happy with this app at all

Simple and helpful app but if i can enter my income every time i earn money that will be better :( my budget is fixed every month. I wanted to track my outcome AND my income monthly so i can view my net balance.. That would be much better

This is great. Worth every penny. I use it daily to help see what area of life Im spending unnecessary money. I just wish this app was able to be linked to another device. Like having my wife share one account and we can monitor both our expenses together. Or to be able to see it on my MacBook and have it export to excel/numbers

Seamless UI. The preset categories and graph views are very useful. Have been shopping around for an app like this for ages (for ipad and iphone) and this is it! Update: um...I can haz iphone 5 UI?

You get a good decent useful app that really is easy to use and understand and the same time not to expensive. I really like the fact u can customize the tabs and take photos of receipts. Only change I would make is syncing it to iPad

Fantastic app and solid with tons of polish. I like how it keeps it simple with one monthly budget and expenses for the month. It can be just a bit confusing to enter items though, and after you figure it out its still possible to get thrown about after a mis-tap.

I never write reviews but this app is phenomenol.

Updates? I have bad experience with apps that font have updates from time to time… its nice to improve – there is always room for improvement. Since I dont see it in this case, I reduce my rating, and back to the app I used before, so this one is delete now from my phone. ------------------------- UPDATE: Im back to previous app I used before, since this one doesnt provide an option to compare the months. It shows each one separately, and there is no way to see them together. ------------------------------- mazing design, great UI. Nice functionality. Please add an option to edit the default categories, tags, and their colours. I can understand why to limit the number of categories (the space?), but why not to let the user define his own / edit. About the colours, if I use only part of categories, sons of them are similar in colour, while another colours are of categories that I dont use, do "better" colours for me are not in use, and I cant define them to the categories that relevant to me. Something else – the notes. There is a space for one world, while around it there is a lot empty space that can be used in order to make the note show more while not in edit mode. To show one (one and a half maybe), is not enough for note. I see no reason to enter edit mode each time – the box just can be bigger, as well as the text can be a bit smaller. Overall good job, but the main issue that makes this app problematic, is the editing of default texts, colours – as well as icons (!). Define them in advance, but give your users freedom. This kind of app is very personal – for example: I use it every day, but dont use half of the categories. Look forward for the updates! The impression do far us very good.

I tried others but this is the one that was responsive (fast) enough to use with every expense. I have been able to cut my spending 20% since December 2012 by using Saver. Well worth the cost.

This is exactly what I needed. Its very easy to use and organized :) Im really glad to have stumbled upon this app!
